Women experience alot of things as we grow older. There are some changes happening in women’s body. From puberty to menopause, both of these are felt physically and emotionally.

One condition is poly cystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). This has already been spreading to women and 20% of the population of women has already have this syndrome. WHAT IS PCOS?
Poly cystic ovary syndrome, or PCOS, is an endocrine condition caused by elevated levels of androgens, or male hormones, in women.
It could be caused by the environment or through genes. It has alot of symptoms which makes it hard to be diagnosed.
But, researchers or experts said that it might be linked to insulin. PCOS can affect anyone, from women between 16-45 years old could be affected for 2%-20%, depending on the symptoms.
This could also lead to diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, sleep apnea, and also cancers.

• Acne, Oily Skin, And Dandruff;
• Weight Gain;
